Coral Bay
It's a small community of around 160 locals, consisting of 2 caravan/ camping/ accommodation parks, 1 hotel, 1 backpackers accommodation, 2 supermarkets and a small tourist-accommodation housing estate.

Bill's Bay is filled with corals, easily accessed from the beach. Coral extends from the shoreline out to the leading edge where ocean waves break. This area, called the Outer Reef is infact only a few kilometres from the shore. It is through these areas that Ningaloo Experience conduct their tours.

The Outer Reef consists of a variety of different coral formations and provides sanctuary for Turtles, Dolphins, Dugongs and Whales. Throughout the year marine life comes and goes, but the extraordinary beauty of the Ningaloo Reef always stays.

The extremes in color from coral area, to deep lagoon, to shallow sandy seagrass areas, within a short distance you can experience diverse ecosystems. Snorkelling from the beach you will see corals and fish, but to see more we recommend you do our Outer Reef Experience.

Snorkelling equipment is available for hire from the Ningaloo Experience shop located in the Peoples Park Shopping Village shopping complex.
